What feeds you?

What feeds you? What simply hold things in place? Sitting among fallen leaves reminds me that not everything in life has the same purpose forever. The fallen leaves are no longer feeding the tree. They are no longer carrying life through the branches or growing toward the light. They rest on the ground, slowly breaking down and becoming part of the soil that will nourish new life later. In our own lives, it can be helpful to ask a gentle question: What is truly feeding me right now?And what is simply holding things in place? Some things bring real nourishment. They give us energy, clarity, and a sense of connection. Other things are not harmful, but they may simply keep things as they are. Familiar habits. Old routines. Ways of thinking that once supported us but may no longer help us grow. Taking a moment to notice this can be a quiet act of self-care. Sometimes awareness itself is the beginning of new nourishment slowly finding its way into your life. And noticing is always the first step. #lessonsfromnature #consciousliving #selfreflection #personalgrowthjourney #slowdownmoment
Spacious & Unhurried

Spacious & Unhurried Weekends and holidays are often seen as a time to catch up, to finish things we haven’t completed, to organize, to plan, to prepare. But sometimes the most nourishing thing a weekend or holiday can offer is something much simpler : Space. Not every moment needs to be filled with purpose or productivity. Not every hour needs to turn into a goal. There is something restorative about allowing time to remain open. To sit with a cup of tea without rushing. To take a walk without needing to arrive somewhere. To let the mind wander without asking it to solve anything. Moments like these allow our inner world to breathe again. So as the weekend and holiday arrives, perhaps we can offer ourselves a gentle permission: Let it stay spacious and non-goal-oriented. Sometimes the most meaningful shifts happen not when we try to move life forward, but when we give ourselves enough room simply to be with it.
