HOW THIS JOURNEY WORKS

This journey follows a natural inner process many women experience, but rarely understand.

Week 01 : Awareness

Our exclusive 5-week program is designed for busy women like you. It is crafted to guide you through the unique themes of fostering gratitude, deepening spirituality, and cultivating mindfulness.

Week 2: Inner Conflict

You start understanding the different parts within you,
the ones that want rest, and the ones that keep pushing.

Week 3: Disorientation

You may feel confused… unlike yourself… even questioning what’s happening inside you.
This is often the point where people think something is wrong,
but it’s actually where deeper change begins.

Week 4: Integration

You begin holding your emotions with more clarity and compassion.

Week 5: Wholeness

You experience a deeper sense of alignment, groundedness, and inner connection.

My Story

As an award-winning coach & counsellor leading a social enterprise for over a decade, I’ve guided many women through this same inner journey, especially those who look “fine” on the outside but feel disconnected within.

This work is grounded not only in my personal journey,
but also in years of guiding women through deep emotional and inner transformation.

Prior to living this version of myself, for many years, I was showing up for everyone else…

while quietly feeling disconnected from myself.

From the outside, everything looked fine.
But internally, I was exhausted,
constantly holding things together, rarely feeling at ease.

It wasn’t until I stopped trying to “push through”
that I began to understand what was really happening inside me.

I started listening.
Not fixing. Not forcing.

And slowly, I began to feel something I hadn’t felt in a long time:

a sense of coming home to myself.

Today, I guide women through this same journey,
not by giving answers,
but by helping them reconnect with their own.

How long is the masterclass & the frequency?

The program includes 2 online masterclasses : one at the beginning and one at the end of the journey. Each masterclass is 2 hours long, designed to give you both a meaningful starting point and a space for reflection and integration at the end.
In between, you’ll be guided through your journey with the support and structure provided within the program, so you can move at a pace that feels right for you.

This program is for any women who wants to feel more connected with themselves and others, more at peace, and feel more like yourself again. If you’re ready to discover the amazing person you truly are on the inside and are willing to commit 15 minutes a day for most days in the journey, this program is perfect for you.

No special skills or equipment are needed. All you need is an open mind, a willingness to explore your inner self, and access to the internet to join our special Facebook group.

The program starts on 30 May 2026 and lasts for 5 weeks. For most days, you’ll need to set aside approximately just 15 minutes a day for this journey.

All program materials will be available on the Pathway for Wholeness Facebook group. This includes super helpful masterclasses, thoughtfully designed reflection questions, easy-to-do actions, supportive affirmations.
